Booking an Appointment

When you book, you will see the service, price, any deposit required, and the applicable cancellation and no-show policy before you confirm. By completing a booking, you agree to the policy terms presented and accepted at that time.

Deposits, Cancellations & No-Shows

The specific deposit amounts, cancellation notice windows, and no-show fees are set by the salon and are shown to you at the time of booking — they are not restated here because they can change. The version of the policy in effect when you book is the one that applies to your appointment. Current policy details are published on the Booking & Studio Policies page.

Fees are never charged automatically. When a late cancellation or no-show occurs, it is placed in an approval queue and reviewed by the salon owner before any charge is made.

Payments

Payments and deposits are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's own secure payment form and are never stored on our servers.

Service Conditions

Please book the correct removal for the product currently on your nails. Jenny may pause, modify, or decline a service where a nail or skin condition creates a sanitation or safety concern. See the Booking & Studio Policies page for full details.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. The salon operates in Gainesville, Florida.
