Information We Collect

When you book an appointment, request a change, or contact us through this site, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Appointment details — the service requested, date, time, and staff member
• Your visit history, so returning clients are recognised at booking

We do not collect or store your full payment card number. See "Payments" below.

Payments

Deposits and service payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's own secure form (Stripe Elements) and are sent straight to Stripe — your card number never passes through or is stored on our servers. Stripe's use of your information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Hosting & Storage

This site and its database are hosted on Cloudflare. Appointment and client records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare acts as our infrastructure provider and does not use your information for its own purposes.

Email & Calendar Invites

Booking confirmations, receipts, reminders, and appointment changes are sent by email through Resend, our transactional email provider. When you book, a calendar invite for your appointment is also emailed to the salon owner so your visit appears on her schedule.

Cookies

This site uses cookies only to support session and booking functionality — for example, keeping your place in the booking flow. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party ad tracking.

How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the service providers named on this page (Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, Resend for email) as needed to run the booking system, and with the salon owner to provide your service.

Your Choices

To ask what information we have on file, request a correction, or request deletion, contact us using the phone number or email address on the Visit page.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the site changes.
