Payment
Booking online reserves your appointment time; no payment is taken to hold it. Payment is collected at the studio at your visit. The estimated total for the service you choose is shown before you confirm.
Correct Service & Removal
Please identify the product currently on your nails and book the correct removal. Arriving with unlisted acrylic, dip, Gel X, builder, or gel polish may leave too little time to complete the scheduled service.
Nail Health & Sanitation
Jenny may pause, modify, or decline a service when a nail or skin concern creates a sanitation or safety issue. This is not a medical diagnosis. Clients with concerns should contact an appropriate health professional.
Detailed Art
Detailed designs require enough reserved time. Upload inspiration before booking when prompted. Inspiration is used to understand the style and complexity, but it does not guarantee an exact copy.
